MS Clinical Mental Health Counseling, University of Wisconsin - Stout
Tiffany is passionate about helping individuals and families build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create lasting positive change. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a wide range of concerns. Her clinical interests include family relationships, life transitions, substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges.
Tiffany believes that every client is unique and that therapy should reflect each person’s individual experiences, strengths, and goals. She strives to provide compassionate, nonjudgmental care while tailoring her approach to each client’s needs. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship and evidence-based practices, she helps clients build the skills and confidence needed to create meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her dog, exploring the outdoors, traveling, watching reality TV, and making memories with family and friends.
Be patient with yourself. Growth is not always linear, and meaningful progress often comes through small, consistent steps rather than overnight change.
