Frequently Asked Questions

If you are experiencing difficulty uploading your cover letter and resume, please email recruitment@nlccwi.org for assistance. Please note that we require resumes for all applicants.

I’m a current team member, how do I refer someone?

Have your referral apply directly to our open job opportunities and be sure to have them list your name as the referrer! Employees can also email the Recruitment Team with your referral information.

What is your application and interview process?

We review all applications at the earliest opportunity and carefully consider your skills, experience, and education. If your qualifications match the position requirements and you are selected for an interview, a member of our Recruiting Team will be in contact with you. We have a multi-stage interview process; this consists of an initial phone screening which may lead to additional interviews (virtual or in-person) with our leadership teams. Once an offer is made and accepted, the pre-employment and onboarding process begins.

How will I know that my application has been received?

You will receive an email or text message (if you opt-in) confirming your application was received.

How do I check the status of my application?

All application updates will be communicated to you via the email address you provided in your application.

Will I need a background check?

Yes, after the job offer acceptance and with your authorization, a background check will be conducted. This background check may include information regarding your criminal history, social security verification, motor vehicle records (“driving records”), verification of your education or employment history, or other required information based on your position.

What immunizations are required for employment at NorthLakes?

As part of the pre-employment process, new employees will be required to consult with the Occupational Health Specialist regarding the status of their required immunizations prior to the employee’s first day of employment.
