Coming This Fall

This Fall, NorthLakes plans to open a clinic in Augusta providing Behavioral Health and Medical Services for the Augusta community.

Patients needing services prior to this fall are welcome to establish care at our Eau Claire – Clairemont Avenue Clinic and then transfer care to Augusta this fall. To establish care with NorthLakes, please call (534) 200-6165.

Our Augusta Clinic will offer the following services:

• Behavioral Health

Mental Health Counseling

• Medical

• Patient Supports

Accessing Care After-Hours

If you are in an emergency, dial 9-1-1. If you have an issue after our regular hours, contact your local emergency room or urgent care provider. If you are a patient of NorthLakes and in the hospital, be sure to tell the staff that NorthLakes is your primary care provider so that we can provide the best continuity of care.

NorthLakes also offers an after-hours nurse line, 888.834.4551, for calls received after our clinics close.
