We are excited to begin offering Physical Therapy for patients of all ages in 2024! This addition is part of our acquisition of the northern offices of Orthopedic & Spine Therapy.
We are here for everyone and accept those with private insurance, Medicaid (also known as BadgerCare), or those with no insurance. We also have a Sliding Fee Scale for patients who qualify. For patients who only have Medicare insurance, Physical Therapy is not covered, but we can work with you to purchase a supplemental discount plan called Chiro Health USA. NorthLakes Community Clinic offers a wide array of Physical Therapy services for people of all ages.
