Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, University of Wisconsin-Stout
Jessica has more than twenty years of experience as a registered dietitian and is passionate about helping people use nutrition to improve their health and well-being. She provides nutrition counseling for diabetes, heart health, kidney disease, high blood pressure, COPD, weight management, and gastrointestinal concerns.
Jessica believes healthy eating should be practical and sustainable. She works alongside each patient to develop realistic, personalized goals that fit their lifestyle, and support long-term success.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys cooking and baking for family and friends, trying new recipes, and spending time outdoors. Her favorite activities include walking, hiking, kayaking, swimming, and snowshoeing.
We'll work together to create a practical plan that fits your lifestyle and goals. My role is to support and encourage you—not to judge or criticize your eating habits. Small, realistic changes can make a big difference over time.
