Maya enjoys oral surgery and restorative dentistry, as well as caring for children, older adults, and individuals with special health care needs. She is passionate about educating patients on prevention and early intervention strategies to help reduce disease, restore oral health, and improve function.
Maya believes that patient education and preventive care are key to achieving lifelong oral health. She enjoys partnering with patients to help them build healthy habits and make informed decisions about their dental care.
Outside of work, Maya enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her cat, Hank. In her free time, she loves knitting, crocheting, hiking, traveling, and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes.
