Heather’s philosophy of care is rooted in the belief that every person is unique and brings valuable knowledge and lived experience into therapy. She sees patients five and older and strives to create a safe, supportive environment built on empathy, compassion, honesty, and respect.
She enjoys working with individuals across a variety of ages and values providing school-based services to help reduce transportation barriers and improve access to care.
In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time outdoors, including camping and snowshoeing. She also loves spending time and sharing snuggles with her children. Heather is a foodie and enjoys a good cup of coffee.
Give therapy a try for at least a few sessions. It can take time to feel comfortable with a therapist and determine whether they are the right fit for you.
