MS in Education - Counseling, Clinical Mental Health, University of Wisconsin - Superior
Clair believes therapy should be individualized, centering each person, their goals, and the unique circumstances that shape their experiences. She recognizes that everyone has inherent strengths and may simply need support identifying and using those strengths and resources to navigate life's challenges.
Clair enjoys working with teens and adults who are seeking positive change, managing mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression, or adjusting to life transitions. She also has a strong interest in recovery and supporting individuals who are addressing alcohol and substance use concerns.
Clair enjoys spending time at the greenhouse, birding, and searching for treasures like unique rocks and agates. She loves being outdoors with family and friends, whether camping, hiking, floating, relaxing in a hammock, or exploring along the shoreline.
A big part of therapy happens between sessions, and I’m here to support you throughout the process. Meeting with a therapist for the first time can feel vulnerable, and it’s normal to be nervous. Just know that I’m here to help, not judge, and we will work together to help you reach your goals.
