Bria believes in providing compassionate, trauma-informed, person-centered care that recognizes each individual's unique experiences. She strives to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Her approach emphasizes building a strong therapeutic relationship and tailoring treatment to each person's individual needs.
Bria incorporates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and somatic awareness techniques. She enjoys helping clients develop coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and build resilience.
While she has a special passion for working with children and adolescents, she values caring for individuals of all ages.
Outside of work, Bria enjoys spending time outdoors. Her favorite activities include camping, paddleboarding, hiking, photography, and spending time with her golden retriever.
It's normal to feel nervous or apprehensive about starting therapy. I strive to create a judgment-free, supportive space where we can work together to better understand your experiences and help you move toward your goals. Taking the first step is often the hardest—and it's a meaningful one.
