Lakewood, Wisconsin – Nurse Practitioner Holly Spletzer has joined NorthLakes Community Clinic, providing care at the White Lake Clinic and Lakewood Clinic. She sees patients of all ages.
Holly earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Concordia University in Mequon, Wisconsin, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bellin College of Nursing in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Prior to joining the team at NorthLakes Holly provided care at Green Bay Oncology. When asked about her approach to care she shared, “It’s patient-centered, working with patients and support systems to help cause change that is long-lasting and healing for generations.”
Some of Holly’s personal interests include music, scuba diving, travel, her family, and her faith.
NorthLakes is now accepting new patients. Please call to schedule an appointment. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurance, and offer a Sliding Fee Scale for those that qualify.
