In recognition of long standing board member Dr. John B. Schrock, NorthLakes Community Clinic established the Dr. John B. Schrock Extraordinary Service award. Dr. John Schrock served continuously since 2008 as Medical Director; on the NLCC Board as Board Committee Chair, Vice President and President; and with his wife, Mary Berube, as a generous donor.
“Dr. Schrock’s dedication, leadership and generosity have been central to the growth and success of the health center and the advancement of its mission and vision,” says Reba Rice, CEO of NorthLakes Community Clinic. “We’re so grateful to Dr. Schrock and our other exemplary board members who provide strategic and innovative leadership to NorthLakes.”
The Dr. John B. Schrock Extraordinary Service award will be presented annually to community members who have served NorthLakes on the Board of Directors for ten years, also holding Officer of Committee Chair positions, in recognition of the commitment and outstanding contributions to the communities and people served by NorthLakes Community Clinic.
