Pediatric Therapies

We are here for everyone and accept those with private insurance, Medicaid, or those with no insurance. We also have a Sliding Fee Scale for patients who qualify.

NorthLakes Community Clinic offers a wide array of therapy services for infants, children, and teens. Using state-of-the-art facilities and treatment, our therapists work with children and their parents to improve the child’s overall independence. We provide a dynamic approach to treatment where both occupational and speech therapists can work together to help achieve each child’s proper development. We also now provide Lactation Counseling services as a sub-specialty under Pediatric Therapies at our clinic in Ashland.

Pediatric Occupational Therapy:

Our therapists work with individuals to gain independence and promote the development of skills needed to function and socialize. Here are just some of the examples of what they can help with:

Pediatric Speech Therapy:

Jennie Adams, MS, CCC-SLP, helps a patient with feeding and swallowing therapy.

Our team works with individuals to support the communication growth needed for interaction and socialization. They also help patients develop proper eating and swallowing techniques for safe and adequate nutrition and hydration. Some examples of what they can help with include:

Our Physical Therapists work with pediatric patients to help relieve pain and develop strength and range of motion. Our team uses a multi-disciplinary approach to find the most effective treatments for our patients. Our goal is to promote wellness and help each child reach their own maximum potential.
