I have experience working with people of all ages, from 5 to 65+. I have training and specializations in eating disorders, trauma, and substance abuse. I have extensive experience working with oppositional defiant disorder, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, alcohol and other drug abuse (AODA), schizophrenia, and other conditions across all age groups. I enjoy providing both individual and group counseling.
I enjoy spending time with my family, whether camping or traveling. I love going on hikes or walks with my dog. I enjoy moving my body through activities like running, yoga sculpt classes, and pilates. I'm also a huge foodie and love to cook and try new recipes.
