Rena's professional interests include modification of habits and beliefs through education to decrease cavity rates in families, the use of a Therapy Dog in a clinical setting to enhance dental experience, how overall health and diet can contribute to healthier oral health outcomes, and early interventions in collaboration with a Pediatrician to help families create great oral health outcomes for kiddos.
Personal Interests:
Rena's personal interests include XC skiing, snowshoeing , ice fishing, biking, gardening, and any and all outdoor activities.
Patient advice:
First appointment will be a great look into the growth and development of your child as well as how your oral health as a parent is important related to your child’s dental health. Also tips and tricks to get brushing and flossing done as well as ideas on how to make sure your child’s diet can be teeth friendly.
