I really appreciate it if people write down what they eat for about three days because that is really helpful. The biggest advice I'd say is, don't think I'm going to judge you. I think a lot of times, people come to see a dietitian and they're just like...think it's going to be really judgy, and I'm not going to be very nice. We just start where people are, and try to go from there.
