A well-rounded manual therapist, Kerry is especially strong in identifying and treating cervicogenic and myofascial pain, lumbosacral dysfunctions, and orthopedic problems. Kerry is originally from Brainerd, Minnesota, and became a physical therapist because she was involved in sports and exercise in high school and was interested in how the human body worked.
When not treating patients, Kerry can be found enjoying spending time at her kids' sporting events, teaching Pilates, outdoor activities, working out, photography, and scrap booking.
I am only a small piece of their rehab process therefore the patient needs to take ownership of their rehab process. Together we can work through what needs to be done and what exercises need to be given to help manage their symptoms and progress them through the rehab. It must always listen to their body as they do daily activities as well as when doing their exercises.
