Jill’s professional interests include any patient from infants to elderly. She enjoys working with a variety of patients, but has an extra interest in working with pediatrics and pregnancy.
When Jill is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three active kids and their two black labs.
The advice I most commonly give to patients is that we must keep moving! Our bodies are meant to move. If pain is interfering with your movement, if you are unable to perform the activities you should be doing, or if there are enjoyable activities you are no longer able to do, please consider seeing a Chiropractor for an evaluation. If Chiropractic is determined to be a good treatment option for you, a treatment plan will be designed to help get you to your best. This would include Chiropractic manipulative therapy tailored to your needs. Also at home stretching, walking, staying hydrated, and a good diet are all important pieces to a treatment plan that we can discuss too.
