I appreciate when patients sign a release of records and they send their previous records here to the clinic so we can review those and update our records because it's hard for patients to remember. I know for myself with my own medical care: what year I had surgeries and what surgeries did I have? You kind of lose touch of your own health sometimes and all the things that have happened in the past and it’s nice to be able to get that record of their last mammogram or pap smear, or colonoscopy, so we can do what’s best and in a timely manner for the patient when it’s next due. So, getting those records sent ahead of time is really helpful.
