Jackie’s interests include individual, family, couple, and group work, specifically addressing anxiety, trauma, recovery, family dynamics, and couple work. Jackie takes an eclectic approach to counseling, which means she chooses methods and techniques from different schools of thought to tailor plans for the specific needs of each client.
Jackie can be found outside in her garden, enjoying time with her family and her two dogs. She also loves to quilt and read.
When clients begin therapy with me, I want them to know that I consider it an honor to walk alongside them on their journey. I see our time together as an opportunity to work in partnership, to discover [the] client's personal strengths, and create a healing space where growth, understanding, and change can occur.
