Relax and be yourself. OT is fun. My philosophy of care is patient-centered and family-focused. I believe in working collaboratively with each child, their family, and other members of their healthcare team to develop a successful treatment plan. I meet children and their families where they are while gaining an understanding of where they want to go. I consider what each child wants to do, needs to do, and is expected to do in order to successfully engage and interact with their world. My overall goal is for every child to leave each session feeling proud of themselves and able to recognize and celebrate their successes.
