By completing this form and checking the box below, I pledge to participate in 100 Who Care Ashland and Bayfield Counties and commit to contributing $300 within the calendar year to selected local nonprofit organizations that serve the Ashland and Bayfield County region.

If I cannot attend a meeting, I will either send my check with another attending member to deliver on my behalf, mail it as requested after the meeting, or proxy vote online by the noon deadline of the event. Checks to nonprofits must be sent within 30 days.
