“I encourage people to take that first step towards a healthier life and I know that takes courage. I’m here to help on that journey,” Bearheart shared when asked about her advice to someone seeking therapy. She is interested in helping people with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and recovery. She seeks to find a mind-body connection, is aware and sensitive to cultural differences, and is an advocate for social justice.
Personally she enjoys volunteering at community events, and just being involved in her community in general, crafting, refinishing furniture, spending time with her family and true crime podcasts!
