NorthLakes Community Clinic’s newest clinic is now open. Our Rice Lake Clinic is located in the former space of Marshfield Children’s Rice Lake Pediatric Therapy Clubhouse, with all of the same staff working.
If you are a former patient of The Clubhouse and are interested in establishing care with NorthLakes Community Clinic, please call (715) 719-1010. We will work with you to begin the process of establishing care with us so that as soon as we start seeing patients, we’re ready to serve you.

Sliding Fee Scale Assistance
We are here for everyone and accept those with private insurance, BadgerCare, or those with no insurance. We also have a Sliding Fee Scale for patients who qualify.
NorthLakes also offers an after-hours nurse line, 888.834.4551, for calls received after our clinics close.
