Professional Interests:
Tamilyn is one of our LGBTQ+ Informed Providers. Her professional interests include working with LGBTQ+ children, youth, adults, and families. Tamilyn is a member of our Chronic Pain Case Management Treatment Team, providing psychotherapy and Pain Neuroscience Education to clients seeking to expand their pain management strategies beyond medication. As a member of the area collaborative Pain Rehabilitation Team (NorthLakes, Essentia Health-Hayward, and Hayward Area Memorial Hospital), Tamilyn facilitates Pain Treatments Exploration groups.
Tamilyn provides therapeutic support for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma reactivity, mood instability, and other challenges to well-being and life enjoyment.
Personal Interests:
When Tamilyn is not at work, she enjoys spending her time outside, gardening, hiking, bicycling, and rehabilitating older “rescue bikes.” She also relaxes by hanging out with her family, traveling, reading, doing yoga, and creating art. Lake Superior is her favorite place to completely recharge.

As a therapist, I don’t give advice. My role is to support each client through the process of finding their voice and determining their own direction.
