Sean's professional interests include depression, substance use, grief and loss, trauma, and attachment issues. His approach is person-centered, and incorporates motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and relational-cultural therapy.
Outside of work, Sean spends a lot of time in the natural world, hiking, fishing, and snow-shoeing. He's been moonlighting as a poet and novelist for many years, and has published several books recently.
