Krysty specializes in comprehensive chiropractic care throughout all life stages, with particular expertise in women's health from pregnancy through postpartum. Her commitment to maternal and infant wellness led her to become a certified birth doula, enhancing her ability to support families holistically. Beyond perinatal care, Krysty offers specialized treatment for sports injuries, therapeutic modalities, and evidence-based nutritional counseling to help patients achieve optimal health and wellbeing.
Outside the office, Krysty cherishes time with her husband, son, extended family, and her Persian cat, Riddler. She maintains an active lifestyle through yoga practice, kayaking adventures, and camping trips. When not exploring the outdoors, Krysty enjoys traveling to new destinations and supporting local agriculture by visiting farmers' markets.
I believe chiropractic care is more than just a reactive approach to pain management—it's an integral part of a wellness routine that allows your body to function at its best. We only get one spine, and it plays a crucial role in protecting the nervous system, which controls every cell, organ, and tissue in your body. Taking care of your spine through proper nutrition, good posture, regular movement, and chiropractic adjustments is an investment in your long-term health. My goal is to help you understand how these elements work together to support your overall wellbeing, not just address symptoms as they arise.
