Ashland, Wisconsin – Emma Cole, FNP, is now providing care for patients of all ages at NorthLakes Community Clinic. Coming over from Duluth, MN, Cole provides valuable support for the teams at the Ashland Clinic and the Iron River Clinic.
Before graduating with a Master’s degree in Nursing from Simmons University, she received a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from Presentation College’s Nursing program in 2015. Cole also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Minnesota, Morris prior to that.
Joining us from Marathon Health with specialized interest and knowledge in both women’s health and mental health, this nurse practitioner looks forward to partnering with patients to address both physical and mental well-being.
For Cole, it’s important that patients are equal participants in their healthcare. While discussing her approach to care, she shared that she “treats each person like the unique individual they are,” and “always works to provide a safe, comfortable environment where everyone feels heard.”
Some of Cole’s personal interests include legos, reading, biking, and spending time with her four kids.
