As a Federally Qualified Health Center, NorthLakes is governed by a patient-majority board of directors that reflect the communities it serves.
Goodland brings a wealth of experience to the board. Goodland started her career working as a licensed nursing home administrator in the Chippewa Valley and Twin Cities. She earned her MBA with an emphasis in health care administration from The Ohio University.
