NorthLakes Community Clinic is now offering virtual appointments for the following services: Behavioral Health, Medical, and Nutrition Therapy. Our Community Health Workers are also providing social support and assisting in health insurance enrollment virtually.
What are virtual visits?
Virtual visits allow you to maintain primary care by connecting with your provider on your phone, computer, or tablet. Patients will have the option of choosing just audio or audio and video based on what’s most accessible for them. Patients have the option of choosing between two video options – MyChart (our patient portal) or patients without MyChart a Zoom link. Both options use the free Zoom app.
Will insurance cover my appointment?
Most insurance now cover virtual visits for medical and behavioral health services. If you are underinsured or uninsured, be sure to let us know and we can work with you to see if you qualify for our sliding fee scale. We’re also offering free appointments with our Community Health Workers who can help you sign up for health insurance.
