Breana is a military veteran with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with resilience and confidence. Breana provides counseling services to individuals ages 8+, families, and couples, creating a supportive and inclusive space for growth and healing. Her professional interests include working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, grief and bereavement, PTSD, and issues related to self-identity. Breana is especially passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and those exploring their identities in safe, affirming ways. She believes in meeting clients where they are, using evidence-based approaches tailored to each person's needs.
Outside of her clinical work, Breana enjoys spending time near the ocean and traveling to new places. She is an avid sports fan, especially soccer and football, and enjoys attending live games and events that bring people together through shared experiences. She values staying active with her family and believes in the importance of balance and connection.
My biggest advice I have for patients is, come as you are. You are doing the hardest part of therapy, by scheduling and attending your appointment. I am excited to work with you!
