NorthLakes Community Clinic announces the successful completion of its service relocation, with all healthcare services now fully operational at its integrated facility located at 1051 West Avenue in Rice Lake as of June 2, 2025.
The comprehensive healthcare hub now offers a broad range of services under one roof, including behavioral health, dental care for all ages, and pediatric occupational, speech, and physical therapy. This milestone marks the culmination of the clinic’s strategic expansion, providing more accessible and coordinated care to the community.
“Today marks a significant achievement in our mission to deliver comprehensive, integrated healthcare services,” said Ana Tochterman, chief executive officer of NorthLakes Community Clinic. “Our patients can now access all of their healthcare needs in one convenient location, to deliver an excellent, person-centered experience.”
The move brings together services previously offered at multiple locations, including the former Birchwood Clinic and Rice Lake Clinic sites. Existing patients are transitioning to the new facility while maintaining continuity of care with their established healthcare providers.
