Katie works with adults, teens, college students, and couples. She uses different ways to help people, including talk therapy methods like CBT, motivational interviewing, and person-centered care. Katie helps clients with stress, worry, sadness from loss, big life changes, feeling better about themselves, handling emotions, parenting issues, and behavior problems. She also teaches mindfulness skills to help people feel calmer.
Katie loves winter activities like snowshoeing, ice skating, sledding, and hiking. She enjoys gardening and loves to cook and bake. Katie is a big sports fan and cheers for the Green Bay Packers and UW-Lacrosse Eagles. In her free time, she likes spending time with family, kayaking, fishing, camping, reading, listening to music, and taking road trips. Christmas is her favorite holiday because she bakes hundreds of holiday treats!
