I commend you for recognizing the want and need for change within yourself and understanding that sometimes life's challenges are bigger than what we are able to handle alone. Please know you are not alone, and I am here to help.
I am a therapist who is very genuine, empathetic, and non-judgmental. My approach to treatment is highly individualized, recognizing the unique experiences, struggles, and issues that each individual faces.
I believe that most of us have a sense of what we need to do differently to improve our lives but that we don't understand what gets in the way of doing it. I work with clients to develop insight into what those barriers are and how to overcome them to lead a more fulfilling and happier life.
