There are numerous ways to donate to NorthLakes. However, there is one constant: your donation can be made at the convenience of your home and within the comfort level of the size of your pocketbook. We want you to feel generous, and that should feel good.

A Gift that Lasts Forever
We started an endowment with the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation. The critical seed funding in perpetuity will be to create “new programs” that address Social Determinants of Health (SDOH). These are the conditions under which people are born, grow, live, work, and age. The term refers broadly to any nonmedical factors influencing health, including health-related knowledge, attitudes, beliefs, or behaviors that directly impact the health of individuals and populations. We want to be ready and responsive to help our patients now and in the future.
Endowment Gifts may be payable to The Greater Green Bay Community Foundation with NorthLakes Community Clinic Endowment in the memo field. The address is 400 S. Washington Street, Green Bay, WI 54301.
Other Ways of Giving Include:
Sustaining Gifts are automatically charged to the credit or debit card of your choice every month. The easiest and most convenient way to increase the impact of your gift to NorthLakes. Your support will continue at the same amount until you tell us differently, and you can make a change or cancel at any time. To enroll, select the time period on the donation schedule when making your gift.
Corporate matching gifts are a type of philanthropy in which companies financially match donations that their employees make to nonprofit organizations. When an employee makes a donation, they’ll request the matching gift from their employer, who then makes their own donation. Ask your employer if they match gifts.
Give Through a Donor-Advised Fund. Donor-advised funds are charitable giving accounts, offered by community foundations, Fidelity Investments, and other sponsoring organizations, that are designed to be accessible, simple, and less expensive alternatives to setting up a private foundation. Put your money in, let the sponsoring institution manage it, and then you make a donation. There is much to like about DFAs since they provide easy donating plus a possible charitable tax deduction.
Tributes and Memorials. A gift to NorthLakes is a wonderful way to honor a special occasion or to celebrate a life. A letter notifying the honored or the family of the deceased will be sent immediately upon receipt of your gift. The amount of the gift will not be disclosed. Make a tribute gift online or by mail (note in the memo field) If you would like Tribute/memorial envelopes for memorials or events, please email northlakesdevelopment@nlccwi.org.
Gifts of appreciated stocks, bonds, or other securities. These gifts receive a tax deduction based on the value of the security on the date of the gift. With long-term appreciated securities (those held longer than 12 months), you will receive a charitable income tax deduction for the full fair-market value of your gift and avoid paying capital gains tax on the appreciation.
