Jessica’s professional interests are removing barriers to care, trauma victims of any type of abuse, adolescence, & existentialism.
When Jessica is not at work she enjoys; anything outdoor related (hunting, fishing, hiking, gardening), pets, baking, spending time with family and friends and music.
Deciding to attend therapy can be sort of scary for some people. I would want clients to know that we work with your goals in life, not from our own agenda. In session, we build a team approach to helping you cope with emotions and make decisions based on their values to help build what you find to be a fulfilling life.
