Megan's interests include providing individual therapy to adults and family therapy to families with young children of about age 3 to about age 10. In addition, she lends some support to the recovery program, which includes co-facilitating groups.
Megan utilizes a variety of methods and techniques that can be helpful in assisting clients with managing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and trauma. She is trained in and passionate about Filial Therapy, which is a family intervention appropriate for working with families with young children.
Megan enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her two fur babies, a cat and a dog. She dabbles in crocheting, likes to read, and enjoys the outdoors (when it's not too cold!).
My advice to clients is to come in with an open mind and know that you won't be judged. My hope is that we will work together to support you as you move forward with meeting your goals. I know that stepping toward therapy is not always easy. I appreciate your willingness to take that step. I'm grateful for the opportunity to be on this path with you.
