My advice to patients is to be gentle with themselves and stay open to the possibilities therapy can bring. It can help in many different ways, and sometimes growth happens faster than people expect. This is a safe and supportive space, and we'll start with a simple conversation. Therapy is a collaborative process—we'll work together to find what works best for you.
