This latest expansion is in response to HSHS and Prevea pulling out of the region leaving a gap in primary medical care in Augusta. Current plans include providing Medical and Behavioral Health Services in the current Prevea Clinic space.
Eau Claire, Wisconsin – NorthLakes Community Clinic has opened its second Eau Claire location, located at 1002 West Clairemont Avenue. Their doors are now open to all patients, with a focus on people who are under-insured, as well as those who are covered by Medicaid.
