When you have a position vacancy, where do you post your jobs?
We post our jobs on Indeed.com and on our website, nlccwi.org/jobs. 

Do you have a paper application?
We do not use paper applications unless there is a need for it. If Indeed.com or our website is not allowing you to apply for a position, please email your resume to hrhelp@nlccwi.org and we will manually add you as a candidate to our open positions. 

What do you look for in a job applicant?
We look at how the applicant’s experience and education relate to the vacant position and how well they fit within our mission. 

Is the salary negotiable?
Here at NorthLakes, we give our best offer right off the bat. The wage determined is based on the job requirements and additional years of directly related experience and education.

Do you offer internships or clinical rotations?
Depending on clinic and provider capacity, when possible, we may be able to offer clinical rotations, practicums, and internships.
